QUICK Corp. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Shinzo Takami, hereinafter “QUICK”) announced on October 25 that QUICK supports the recommendations issued by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) in June 2017 (TCFD Recommendations).

 

On the occasion of its 50th anniversary on October 1, 2021, QUICK has adopted a new purpose: “Transform our knowledge into your value for a more sustainable economy and society.” QUICK views climate change as one of the most important management issues, and will take corporate action in consideration of the global environment, while at the same time contributing to the expansion of sustainable finance through various information services and solutions.

 

As a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), QUICK will continue to contribute to sustainable development of economy and society.
